Welcome to CERFER, a pioneering educational institution dedicated to empowering communities and driving the energy transition in Colombia. At CERFER, we are committed to supporting Colombia in reshaping its energy landscape and achieving its climate goals, while creating new career opportunities to empower Colombias talent for the future and foster collaboration between German and Colombian stakeholders. We focus on creating opportunities and generating synergies between diverse actors, including the business sector, local communities, government entities, unions, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO’s), among others.

We promote the energy supply of the future by building skills, networks and empowerment.
Our Mission
We are strengthening the German-Colombian cooperation within the framework of the Partnership for Climate and Just Energy Transition through practical training offers, technological innovations and the mutual exchange of experience.

We are a reference center for the energy transition in Latin America to support employment, entrepreneurship and community development through know-how and technology transfer.
